Sound Science is committed to educating the next generation of scientists and providing young researchers with the support, experience, and mentorship they need to succeed in their careers. Additionally, Sound Science is working to provide coastal communities with appropriate training to advance conservation research in their local ecosystems.

We are also focused on educating the public on marine conservation issues by presenting our research to non-scientific audiences. We use a variety of platforms to explain our work in less technical ways, including public talks, Instagram posts, and podcast and other media interviews.
